Xerographicas are native to Mexico and Guatemala and they are also more of the rare air plant species. They are characterized by their beautiful, curly, thick, silver/green leaves.
These guys enjoy indirect sunlight. Watering depends on the amount of light they are receiving. Water the plant upside down AT LEAST once every two weeks and water more frequently in warmer seasons or if the plant is getting more light. These plants take in moisture from the air and during watering through their leaves, so dunking them upside down in water for 30 minutes to one hour is HIGHLY recommended. Shake out the excess water and let the plant dry before placing it back in its terrarium (home). Tillandsias require NO SOIL. We DO NOT recommend planting air plants in soil - root rot is likely to occur.
U.S. SHIPPING ONLY. Shipping days are Mondays. All plants will be shipped BARE ROOT, meaning, no pot and no soil.
