Shipping

At the moment, Kind Succulents will only be shipping within the United States.

All purchases will be shipped BARE ROOT (no pot and without soil).  Shipping days will only be every Monday in order to guarantee the arrival of a LIVE and HEALTHY plant.

Things happen though (extreme weather, delayed delivery, etc.), and if the plant(s) do not appear to be in good condition upon arrival, depending on the plant, we will be more than willing to send you new replacements at no cost to you!

REQUIREMENTS FOR REPLACEMENTS:
We will only replace unhealthy plants within 24 hours of package arrival one time.  We request that you take a photo of the plant(s) and email it to hana@kindsucculents.com along with the invoice and order number.  Only products that are too damaged beyond reasonable repair will be replaced.  You should hear back from us within two days!
RARE PLANTS AND PLANTS WITH SPECIFIC LISTINGS WILL NOT BE REPLACED.

We do not do returns, exchanges, or give money back.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
